Shipping & Costs

We currently ship across Canada.

• Flat rate: $15 on all orders under $150

• Free shipping: Orders $150+ ship free within Canada

• Large or fragile items: Oversized items are not eligible for flat rate or free shipping. These items require custom shipping quotes. This will be noted in the product description. Please contact us prior to purchase for a quote, or we will follow up after checkout with shipping options.

• Local Pickup: Free local pickup is available at 68 Front Street W, Strathroy, Ontario. Select this option at checkout. You will receive an email once your order is ready, along with pickup availability details.

Shipping Internationally

We currently do not ship internationally via our website. Please email shoppe@emilymichellehome.com for a product and shipping quote for orders outside of Canada and the USA.

We are not responsible for any additional tax or duty charges.

Dispatch

Your order will be packed and shipped within 3-5 business days after your purchase. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from shoppe@emilymichellehome.com with the tracking details. Please allow 5-12 working days for delivery.

Delivery

• Free Local Delivery: Available on orders of $50+ within our delivery radius.

• Delivery Fee (orders under $50): $10 flat rate within our delivery radius.

• Delivery Radius: Strathroy, London, Arva, Ilderton, Kilworth, Komoka, Delaware, and Mount Brydges.

• Scheduling: Once your order is placed, we will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery time.
