Returns & Exchanges

Due to the unique and one-of-a-kind nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. Please review your selections carefully before completing your purchase.

Transit Damages

We do our very best to ensure every order is packaged to the best of our ability. Damages happen and we will work with you to resolve the issue. 

Please note all damages during transit need to be reported to us within 24hrs of receiving your package. Please email us with photos and your invoice number so that we can file a claim with the carrier immediately. We will either issue you a full refund or send you a replacement depending on the circumstances.  

Cancelation Policy

Please contact us with your order details within 24hrs of purchasing. If your order has already shipped out you will be responsible for the applicable shipping fees. You will receive full refund minus the shipping fees.
